- Ordering Process
Please visit our website’s ‘Shop’ section to place an order. Browse our diverse range of products and brands, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout following the on-screen instructions. - Payment Methods
For orders under R1000, we accept Credit/Debit card payments through our secure, third-party payment processor. Orders exceeding R1000 require payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). After completing your EFT, please upload the proof of payment using the feature available on our website, or email it to us. Order processing begins once funds have cleared in our account. We ONLY allow EFT payments made with the “immediate payment” or “instant EFT” option, when making an EFT payment. If payment is made without this option, funds will be returned, and the order will be canceled. - Delivery Address
We utilize courier services for shipping. Please provide a home or work address where someone will be available during business hours to receive the parcel. - Order Tracking
Once we provide you with the courier name and tracking number, please use these details to track your parcel directly through the courier’s system. IMPORTANT: Courier companies may delay updating their tracking information and it is therefore important to be patient. As soon as you receive tracking information it might not be immediately viewable, but you can be assured that the package has been scheduled for pickup and delivery with the courier company. Also, see point 5 below. - Tracking Number Visibility
If your tracking number is not immediately visible in the courier’s system, please allow 1-2 business days. This delay may occur if we dispatch after the courier’s daily cut-off time or if the pick-up is late. - Shipping Schedule
We dispatch orders Monday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, weekends, and public holidays. - Delivery Timeframe
Standard courier delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. - Address Accuracy
We cannot assume responsibility for parcels where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided. - Geographical Limitations
Shipping is currently available within South Africa only. - Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Post Office addresses. - Purchase Responsibility
